KYnesis is a state-of-the-art, high-end fitness studio near Lexington, Kentucky. Our founder, Bryson, had the idea for KYnesis a few years ago, and once he started working on it, he found endless support and encouragement from the community.

Bryson is the founder of KYnesis. He worked in large and small gyms his entire life and noticed they catered to two extremes: large gym memberships with impersonal relationships or boutique gyms that couldn’t give their members the equipment they deserved.


He designed KYnesis to have the best of both worlds, with a knowledgeable team to support every member’s personal goals. KYnesis is a locally owned and operated business in Lexington, Kentucky.
