KYnesis is proud to offer state-of-the-art fitness services to all, including fitness gurus and beginners alike. We strive for a holistic health and fitness experience for our members, so we offer various services, including virtual and personal training, massage, physical therapy, saunas, and more.

VIRTUAL TRAINING AND PROGRAM DESIGN


When you become a KYnesis member, we create a customized fitness program for you!


1) You’ll receive a questionnaire about your fitness goals and then work one-on-one with our trainers to devise a plan right for you.

2) You’ll get a studio tour to familiarize yourself with the space and equipment.

3) We’ll check in with you to ensure you get the services and attention you need.

 

For even more custom support, we also offer personal training. Work with a personal trainer who will get to know you, your objectives, and your needs and help guide and encourage you through them effectively.

SAUNA AND PLUNGE POOLS


KYnesis believes in holistic health, which is why we care for you even after your workouts. To support this belief, we offer a sauna, warm plunge pool, and cool plunge pool. These allow you to relax after your workout or perform low-impact routines to build and maintain strength.

PERCUSSIVE AND MOBILITY TRAINING


Sometimes, you may need specialized care to make sure you don’t injure yourself or worsen injuries you already have. KYnesis offers therapies to recover from injuries, so you don’t have to give up your goals. With mobility training, you can relax as we loosen your soft tissue. When you engage with our physical therapy, we help you set realistic goals based on your needs and physical well-being.

MEDITATION AND STRETCHING


Holistic health isn’t just about the body. Meditation can align your mind with your body, increasing stability in your life. When you take care of your mental health, it’s easier to take care of your physical health.

 

Stretching is an integral part of setting fitness goals. Too often, people focused on building strength neglect their flexibility, leading to challenges later. We ensure you stretch as you progress through your fitness goals, helping you develop and maintain strength and flexibility.

KYnesis offers classes in multiple disciplines, including strength training, flexibility, meditation, and more. Members can access these classes related to your fitness goals and training plan. Doing so ensures you know how to continue meeting your goals.

 

Through massage, we help you release any tricky knots in your muscles, helping you recover faster and relax more effectively. Massage can help you connect your body and mind, just like meditation!

Non-members may pay a one-time fee for select services. Options for non-members are as follows: 1 hour session: $80, 10 one hour sessions: $700, classes: $30.
